Ingredients:
- 110 oz can of white corn
- 2 chicken breasts
- 5 chicken legs
- 2 bunches of cilantro
- 2 lbs of tomatillos
- 5 jalapeño peppers
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Knorr seasoning to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- Onion
- Oregano
Accompaniments:

- Tostadas
- Salsa (optional)
Preparation:
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the canned corn, salt, and bay leaves. Cook the chicken until tender and well-cooked.
Boil the tomatillos and jalapeño peppers for at least 10 minutes. Transfer them to a blender, add onion, garlic, salt, and raw cilantro. Blend until you have a smooth green sauce.
After 30 minutes of cooking the chicken and corn, add the green sauce we just blended. Add Knorr seasoning and salt if needed. Let it simmer for another 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Taste and adjust the salt as necessary.
